Photographing Commercial Properties in Redwood City
I recently photographed three commercial properties at 950 Charter Street in Redwood City, documenting a diverse group of buildings with very different uses. The properties included a former biotech research and development space, a facility occupied by robotics startup Bear Robotics, and a maintenance shop used by Stanford University Transit.
This project was a great example of how commercial real estate photography can document the unique characteristics and potential of different types of commercial properties. Rather than approaching every building the same way, I focus on capturing the features that make each property useful and distinctive.
Commercial Real Estate Photography on the Peninsula
Commercial properties throughout the Peninsula represent a wide range of industries, from biotechnology and life sciences to technology, manufacturing, transportation, and research. A former research facility requires a different visual approach than a robotics workspace or a transportation maintenance facility.
