Formerly home to an architecture firm, the property at 3031 Adeline Street in Oakland presented a unique opportunity to document a space rich in character and design detail. I was hired to create a series of conventional and aerial photographs that would showcase the building’s architectural features while supporting commercial marketing efforts. The project focused on capturing the property’s creative workspace environment, exterior design elements, and prominent Oakland location.
Using a combination of high-resolution photography and drone imagery, the property was documented from multiple perspectives. Interior photographs emphasized natural light, workspace flexibility, and architectural craftsmanship, while aerial images provided valuable context regarding accessibility, nearby amenities, and neighborhood surroundings. This combination creates a comprehensive visual package that helps prospective buyers, tenants, and investors better understand the property’s value.
Following the photo session, each image received meticulous color correction and retouching to ensure consistency and visual impact. Throughout the process, client feedback played an important role in shaping the final collection of images. The collaborative approach, coupled with personalized service and efficient project delivery, resulted in a highly successful outcome. Professional architectural photography remains an essential investment for commercial properties seeking to stand out in Oakland’s competitive real estate market.
