I carefully select camera angles that help viewers understand the height and depth of the space. This is particularly useful for potential tenants considering storage racks, equipment, inventory, or other applications that depend on available vertical capacity.

The approximately 8,000 square feet of cooler space presented another important photographic subject. Specialized areas such as cold storage need to be represented accurately because their condition, configuration, lighting, and usable volume can be important considerations for potential occupants.

I approached the cooler space with the same emphasis on perspective, exposure, and clarity that I use throughout the property. I wanted the photographs to communicate its dimensions and configuration while preserving the appearance and condition of the space.
