380 Logue Avenue is a commercial property in Mountain View, positioned near Moffett Field and the NASA Ames Research Center. For this project, I created a combination of aerial and ground-based visual content designed to support the property’s sale listing. The location and surrounding environment were important parts of the story, making it an ideal project for combining photography and video.
Rather than relying on a single perspective, I used both drone and gimbal-based capture to give potential buyers a more complete understanding of the property. This combination allowed me to show the building itself while also establishing its relationship to the surrounding area.
Commercial Real Estate Photography with a Broader Perspective
As a freelance photographer, I approach commercial real estate photography with the intended use of the images in mind. For a property being marketed for sale, prospective buyers need more than attractive photographs. They need context.
Aerial imagery can provide that context immediately. From above, I can show the property’s position relative to surrounding roads, neighboring buildings, open space, and major landmarks.
